- Does Galleries have a free trial?
Yes. Your Galleries trial is free forever and does not expire. Galleries’ trial has limited storage space (3 galleries at a time). Within the trial version, each gallery is active for 14 days, after this time it will become disabled (you and your client will no longer be able to open it). Once you purchase a plan, any disabled galleries will become active again.
- Does Galleries work on Windows and Mac?
Yes. Galleries is a web application that works seamlessly on both Windows and Mac computers.
- What is the difference between “Monthly” and “Yearly” plans?
Monthly plans are paid on a monthly basis and can be canceled at any time, while Yearly plans are paid upfront every 12 months.
- Can I switch plans?
Yes, if you have already purchased a plan, you can switch to another plan at any time by visiting the My Subscriptions page of your Pixellu Account. Please note that a prorated billing adjustment will be charged to your credit card at the time of the switch. Learn More >
- How does gallery storage work?
The maximum number of galleries you can create is determined by your chosen plan’s storage limit. If your storage limit is 100, you can have up to 100 active galleries at any given time. The gallery's limit does not renew every month. If you run out of space, you can delete old galleries or log into your Pixellu Account and visit My Subscriptions to upgrade your storage capacity. Note that deleted galleries can not be accessed by you or your clients.
- What is your cancellation policy?
If you would like to cancel your plan, you can do so within the My Subscriptions section of your Pixellu Account. After cancellation, you can continue to use your plan until the end of your billing period. Learn More >
- What is included in the All Apps Bundle?
The All Apps Bundle is a single subscription to all four Pixellu products.
